How to Order
When placing a phone order, be prepared to provide the following:
(1) Company Name and/or Contact Name (2) Shipping and Billing Address (3) Phone Number (fax and cell number if applicable) (4) Email Address (5) Item number (6) Description (7) Quantity (8) Unit Price (9) Total Price (10) Credit Card number, Expiration Date, and 3 digit code on back of card.

By Internet: Take advantage of our web only specials and order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week @ www.kescabody.com. Online Retail orders placed by Noon EST, Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day.
New Accounts
Your customer number will be established when you place your first order. Always use this number when placing orders by phone, email, fax, or mail. Web customers will be assigned their own user name and password upon ordering. Wholesale candle customers will need to be pre-approved by KESCA Body. After initial order minimums have been met you will receive a special username and password for future internet ordering. Wholesale skin care customers will need to provide their professional license number to receive special pricing.
Minimum Orders
For wholesale candle customers, the minimum initial order with KESCA Body is 36 candle pieces. After your first purchase, subsequent orders only need to meet and even lower minimum of 24 candle pieces. Accessories do not count toward candle piece minimums. Order minimums may change without notice. There are no minimum orders on skincare.
Discontinued Items
Just as we develop new products, we occasionally discontinue others. We apologize if discontinuing a product creates an inconvenience for you or your customers.
Back Orders
We attempt to fill each order completely, but occasionally may be out-of-stock of an item. We do not back-order or charge for out-of-stock items. Please keep this in mind when placing future orders so as to reorder items previously out of stock.
Shipping
Retail orders placed Monday thru Friday will be shipped within 48 hours (with exception of internet orders as noted above under “how to order). If an email address has been provided at the time of order, a confirmation email with tracking number will be sent when order has been shipped. Direct all tracking and delivery questions to the shipping company directly using the tracking number provided. Please allow additional 1-5 business days for shipping transit. We do not ship C.O.D. and can not ship to a PO Box. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Special shipping instructions should be noted in your initial order. All orders are shipped UPS or Trucking Freight. Although KESCA Body will make every effort to accommodate special shipping requests, we can not guarantee all requests can be honored.
Continental US and Canada: Via UPS Ground
Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and Overseas: Via UPS or USPS.
Bulk Freight Orders: Via Trucking Freight. Call for freight charges.
Return Policy
All Sales are final. Credit will be issued only for defective or damaged merchandise and for products shipped to you in error by KESCA Body. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise. Liability for merchandise qualifying for credit is limited to the value of the products returned.
Damaged Shipments
In the event an order is delivered damaged, please contact KESCA Body within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the original box and all packing materials along with the damaged product for carrier pickup and/or inspection. We will begin the claim process with the carrier and ship replacement products to you within 1-3 business days.
Store Locator
If you would like your store location added to our website please send their store name, customer number and complete address to: info@kescabody.com. We will add all accounts that qualify and are in good standing to our store locator web page. Ask us about our affiliate program.
Web Stores and Affiliate Programs
Stores that carry KESCA Body products may sell them on their website if approved by KESCA Body in writing. All logos and product pictures must come from KESCA Body. If you would like to participate in our affiliate program, please contact us at: info@kescabody.com. We do not allow our products to be sold on any type of auction site.
International Selling/Distributing
Wholesale purchases of KESCA Body products are exclusively for resale to the end-consumer in the United States and Canada. The sale or distribution of KESCA Body products internationally, or to a third party other than an end-consumer is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by KESCA Body. KESCA Body reserves the right to limit the sale of its products to parties which wholesale and distribution strategies are compatible with those of the company.
Packaging
KESCA Body products must be sold in their original packaging only. Packaging may not be changed in any way, including the removal of product from its original package or by altering the copy or structure of the original package.
Kits
The contents of all kits are subject to change without notice. KESCA Body may occasionally replace items in our kits with samples of new or different products in the same collection.
Terms
All orders must be pre-paid in U.S. Dollars drawn from a U.S. bank in the form of Check, Money Order, Visa, Master Card or Discover. We do not accept C.O.D.
